Hi All, starting from Feb 28th the club will be holding monthly 3D shoots . These will take place on the last Sunday of each month. I will put the dates in the calendar for the year. The shoot will consist of 10 3D targets that we will rotate through the year to add some variety. We have the option of going round twice on the day (I'm sure most will be up for this!). The idea is that there will be a prize awarded at the Xmas club function basd on the average of your best six scores throught the year and you will need to compete in a minimum of six shoots to qualify for the prize. It is hoped that this will be great fun and add a new dimension to shooting at the club. Hope everyone is up for this. More news to follow shortly. Allan

That would be great Mike- We could dedicate this as homecoming shoot for you. I'm really hoping this will get off the ground and we get lots of takers- I'm sure we will. Hoping Sarah is still improving and looking forward to you getting back into the CHA fold.

Hi All, dates are now available for the club 3D shoots on the forum calendar! Some do not fall on the last Sunday of the month, contrary to my previous message, as they clashed with some other events. Please take a look and reserve the dates in your diaries!
cheers
Allan

Hi Keith, Thanks for the offer, all help is gratefully received. We are actually going to set up quite early on Saturday if you can make it. Are you going to make it to the shoot?

Hi, well Basil and I are coming in at around 8:00!, but don't panic this is just to give us extra time if we have a problem (not that I'm anticipating any!). For me it means i can set up the course but still have some time to do some shooting. I think Luca is also looking to shoot the 3D course with some lads he has on an event so I said I didn't mind preparing it. All help at any time is appreciated though! cheers Allan

Hi Allan
8am might be a bit early for me but I'll try to get there as soon as poss after. See you then. Sunday weather forecast sounds about normal for our Club Shoots - storm force winds and torrential rain! Mike - hope to see on Sunday - weather permitting!
Keith

Hi Allan, Sat weather is 8 deg, sunny intervals (nice) Sunday 4 deg, heavy rain, 22mph winds (not so nice). Sorry I won't be able to help in the morning , but after I drop Andy off I have to take the misses to visit her mum in hospital. I will try to get back in the afternoon if you are still there. The wind will make it interesting especially for 1/4" shafts. Mark

Our next 3D shoot will be on Sunday 21 March and we will use different animals from last month. Everyone who took part in the previous 3D shoot thoroughly enjoyed it so we hope for good weather and a good turnout this month.
